Orders & Subscription
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you are signing up for a recurring monthly candle experience.
You will be billed automatically on the same date each month based on the date of your original purchase. Your subscription will continue until you choose to pause or cancel it through your customer account.
When will I be charged?
You are charged at the time of your initial purchase. After that, you will be automatically charged on the same billing date each month for your next subscription cycle.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Changes made after a billing date will apply to the next cycle.
Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each subscription box goes through two stages:
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping time: 3–5 business days (via USPS Ground Advantage or comparable carrier)
Your total estimated delivery time is typically 6–10 business days from the date of billing.
When do subscription boxes ship?
After your payment is successfully processed, your box enters production and is shipped within 3–5 business days once processing is complete.
Do you ship every month?
Yes. Subscription boxes are processed and shipped monthly based on your billing cycle.
Each customer receives their box after their individual billing date, not on a fixed calendar shipping day for all customers.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We typically use USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable carrier for domestic U.S. orders.
Products & Subscription Box
What comes in the subscription box?
Each monthly subscription box includes a curated selection of handcrafted items:
- (2) 8oz candles
- (1) 11oz candle
- 5 incense sticks
- 2 or more mystery bonus items
Items and scents vary monthly based on the theme.
Are the candles always the same scents?
No. Each month features a new theme with different scent combinations. Some scents may be exclusive to subscribers and not available outside the box.
What type of wax do you use?
Our candles are handcrafted using a high-quality wax blend, which may include soy wax or a soy blend depending on the formulation used for that specific collection.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or resolution depending on the situation.
What if my package is lost?
A package is not considered lost until:
- 7–21 days past the expected delivery date, or
- 10+ days without tracking updates
After this period, we may offer a replacement or resolution depending on eligibility.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Shopify and encrypted to protect your information.
Other Questions
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Items must be unused and returned in accordance with those guidelines.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. You can update your shipping address in your customer account before your order is processed.
Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
